Learning all kinds of badminton techniques is not easy

1. Front Rubbing: Turn sideways to right side of net and hold racket in front. The racket is raised obliquely, forearm is extended forward and up to right. When racket is raised to highest point, forearm is turned outward, wrist is extended from rear to slightly inward and flashes, index and thumb fingers of hand holding racket clamp racket, and middle, ring and little fingers lightly hold handle so that racket is on wrist and fingers . Swing hard, rub lower right bottom of ball to make ball spin and roll over net

2. Backhand rubbing: Before hitting ball, lift your forearm slightly up, bend your wrist forward, back of your hand is about same height as net, and surface of racket is below top of net, and front side is facing ball. When rubbing ball, mainly rely on resulting force of forward extension of forearm and external rotation and wrist from adduction to abduction, and rub right back of ball to make ball rotate and roll on net

Shooting ball consists of sweeping incoming ball with left and right sides of body, below shoulders and above waist. There are strikes from right and from left

1. Right Volley: Stand in middle of right field, legs parallel and slightly wider than shoulder width, center of gravity between feet, knees slightly bent and tight in stomach, grab racket in front and lift it in front of right shoulder. Before hitting ball, elbow joint is retracted forward, forearm is slightly rotated back with external rotation, wrist is slightly retracted and unbent, and racket is retracted to back of body. When hitting ball, forearm rotates inward, wrist straightens and flashes, and fingers grab handle, and racket is transferred at high speed from right back to right front to hit ball. After hitting ball, arm swings to left, left foot steps forward to left, and right heel steps back to center

2. Backhand: The front of right leg is crossed in front of left, center of gravity is on left leg, and left arm of right hand is in front of left. Before hitting ball, lift your elbow slightly, rotate your forearm inward, extend your wrist outward, and move racket to left. When hitting ball, driven by right rotation of bone marrow, forearm rotates outward, wrist oscillates from abduction to extension, bottom of ball holder sways. After hitting ball, racket retracts to right side with back of body

A hit is an oblique push of a ball knocked down by an opponent to point of impact as high as possible. This kind of ball has great power, straight arc and fast landing, which is a great threat to opponent. This is main attack technique. Breaking balls are divided into straight and diagonal. Kills with direct and diagonal blows from above, blows from right and blows from left.

1. Forehand on a straight ball (jump to side): The preparation posture and basic actions are about same as forehand on a tall ball. Once steps are in place, bend your knees and lower your center of gravity, ready for takeoff. When jumping to side, lift your shoulder to right to lift your shoulder, forearm, and racket to stretch your body up. After takeoff, lean back and straighten your chest, giving it shape of an anti-arch. Then right shoulder swings up to right back, forearm naturally swings back, wrist is pulled back, forearm drives racket from top to bottom, and grip should be loosened at this time. The volley then rotates body and draws in stomach to cause right shoulder to swing upward to right, driving elbow, and swing forearm forward and upward at full speed, causing racket to move forward at high speed. When point of impact is in front of shoulder, forearm rotates inward, wrist bends forward and back slightly, and wrist flares to kill ball. At this time, fingers should suddenly grasp hilt and concentrate explosive power of wrist at point of impact. The included angle between racket and horizontal plane of direction of impact is less than 90 degrees, and front of racket hits back of ball rest so that ball flies straight down. After hitting ball, forearm is retracted forward by inertia. Return racket to chest on return.

2. Forehand on a diagonal ball (leap to side): The preparation posture and basic actions are same as for a righthand on a straight ball. The difference is that after jump, body turns forward to left and applies force to help arm hit ball in a diagonal direction. Hitting Straight and Diagonal Overhead Balls: The basic steps and posture for preparation are same as for hitting high overhead balls. The difference is that when swinging racket to hit ball, you must concentrate on pressing down in a straight line or diagonally. The angle between surface of racket and horizontal plane in direction of impact is less than 90°

3. Backhand to hit a straight ball. The posture for preparation and basic actions are same as when hitting a high ball from left. The difference is that swing before hitting ball should be stronger, and angle between racket and horizontal plane in direction of hitting ball at moment ball is hit is less than 90 degrees
