Selected training in technique of playing badminton.

Rebound in badminton refers to method in which, when an opponent serves or returns ball in front of net, when ball has just crossed top of net, it quickly hits net and falls obliquely down. There are two methods of hitting ball: forehand and lefthand. When you see that opponent's ball is above net, quickly jump forward, if it is far from net, you can add a parallel step and jump forward. Below is an introduction to badminton skills compiled for you by editor.

First: Right Throw

Basic Steps: Step on net with your right foot, lean forward on right side of your body and hold racket over your right shoulder. When hitting ball, use wrist strength from pulling back to leaning forward to pull your wrist in to lower racket and hit ball. If ball is closer to top of net, "slide" ball with your wrist from right front edge to left.

Backhand Throw: Step right foot to left and jump towards net, lean forward on right side of body and hold racket on left over left front. When hitting ball, forearm straightens and rotates outward to move wrist for adduction and abduction, and thumb presses to speed up swing and catch ball. If incoming ball is close to top of net, wrist can be pulled back and hit from left to right to avoid touching net. After hitting ball, place your right foot on ground and bend your knee to buffer, and then return racket in front of you.

Second: backhand

The body is facing left grid and backhand is on left. When pushing body forward to left and jumping, hand holding clapperboard is extended forward along with forearm, and lifts racket forward and upward, slightly bending elbow and retracting wrist, using backhand grip method, with racket facing incoming ball. The body jumps forward to left, wrist stretches from abduction to adduction, "blink" accelerates and swings forward and down, pounces on ball. After hitting ball, front foot lands on brakes and arm is retracted to avoid hitting net.

The footwork in jump with ball, body is free, movements are quick and sudden, and power of kicking and kicking is fully utilized. Once steps are in place, when it is decided that ball needs to be re-hit, use one foot to push off ground, lean forward, quickly jump forward and grab a high point to strike back. When upper body is tilted forward, center of gravity is on leg on same side as clapping leg, and other leg keeps body in balance. After hitting ball, land on same foot with a clapping hand and brake, and other foot will also land on ground to keep balance of body.

Step right foot forward to left and then kick and jump onto net, leaning forward on right side of body, holding racket with backhand over front left.
