1. Exercises with low ball control
First of all, we need to prepare props, namely two basketballs and a chair. The chair is placed on free throw line. We dribble ball with both hands from bottom line and approach chair.
Dribbling with low hands pays attention to coordination of both hands, especially when it is more difficult to control ball with low hands during march. Lower body's center of gravity and change hands rhythmically to throw ball.
When we dribble to free throw line, we place ball on a chair. It should be noted that animation is only to show contents of workout, and actual workout cannot take multiple steps with ball.
Take one more easy dribble, then run back to bench for another easy dribble.
Demonstrate full motions as quickly as possible, in addition to paying attention to rhythm of dribbling, probability of successful layups must also be guaranteed.
2. Shooting practice with low ball control
Same as previous action, first dribble from bottom line to free throw line, player can also increase ball control difficulty and move forward with both hands at same time.
Put basketball down, then throw forward one step, then return to free throw line to get another ball and also throw one step forward.
The main practice is similar to training practice, i.e. laying and blows end differently, in a real fight you need to learn how to read defense, open inside line and make a decisive laying, if there is help to defense in penalty area, decisively hit to end.
3. Practice throwing back with low ball control
The ball control drill is same, but this time it has been replaced with a back step throw to improve your ability to create space for a shot, making your offense more flexible and more dangerous.
Drive ball low to free throw line, bench ball, then dribble one step to complete a back step shot. Retreat also collects ball at same time, increasing speed of retreat and shooting.
On other hand, same action, step back + shoot, step back should not be too big, just flash goes beyond the shooting area.

4. 3-point exercise with low ball control and stepping back
Move low to free throw line, shoot ball, back to 3-point line for shot!
Because many golfers report that there is not enough power to shoot after retreating, this will result in slower shot speed with a three-point shot after retreating.
A coordinated movement looks like this. When controlling ball, center of gravity should be low and shooting posture should also be standard. It is recommended to step back with both feet at same time to provide enough power for throw.
