Hi everyone, I'm a skill master. In first part of dribbling series, we learned how to camouflage in front of body, dribbling under crotch and dribbling behind back. I usually refer to these three things as "three main points" of dribbling. In competition, these three techniques are often used in combination. Let's do two simple warm-ups first

The warm-up is over and we officially start training. 2. First make two small disguises in front of body, then a large disguise and finally crotch.

3. Look closely at picture, speed of three disguises must be very fast, ball must be low, and crotch must be strong.

4. Go from bottom line to three-point line, switch hands to do it back, count one set back and forth, and complete two sets.
