Yesterday we learned how to dribble over obstacles for first time, and today is an improved version of yesterday. Combining crotch, disguise, back and other moves practiced yesterday, difficulty has increased compared to yesterday. Let's practice together.
Dribble in motion - difficulty index - 4 stars
Step 1: Entry and exit plus masking
1. First make an entrance and exit, and then quickly disguise it.
2. For example, while inhaling and exhaling with your right hand, swing your shoulders to right, and center of gravity of your body will shift to right. Make another quick disguise. The change of direction should be low and amplitude should be greater than width of legs.
3. Count one group back and forth and complete 5 groups.
Step 2: in and out plus crotch
1. First go in and out and then quickly under perineum.
2. For example, while inhaling and exhaling with your right hand, swing your shoulders to right, and center of gravity of your body will shift to right. Quickly do crotch again
3. Quickly adjust steps, for example, when left hand is under crotch, right foot should be in front, left foot should be behind, and right foot should be facing right front.
4. Count one set back and forth and complete 5 sets.
Step 3: Entry and exit plus rotation
1. Enter and exit first, then quickly turn around.
2. For example, while inhaling and exhaling with your right hand, swing your shoulders to right, and center of gravity of your body will shift to right. Then quickly step with your left foot and turn with your left foot as pivot.
3. When turning, defender of ball should tune in to defend ball. If left foot is pivot foot, swing of right leg should be larger so that defender can get stuck behind, and vice versa
4. Count one set back and forth and complete 5 sets.
Step 4: disguise as a crotch
1. Let's take left hand as an example. First, left hand should do perineum, and then right hand quickly changes direction.
2. Under crotch of left hand, after catching ball with right hand, center of gravity of body tilts to right and right shoulder shakes slightly. Pretend to break through to right, and then quickly make a disguise.
3. Count forward and backward as one group, 3 groups for each left and right hand.
Step 5. Roast ball under double crotch
1. Take left hand as an example, hit ball hard once with left hand, and then under crotch. At this time, body's center of gravity is lowered, and right shoulder is tilted to right and shakes slightly. Pretend to break through to right, and then quickly pull your hip back.
2. Back and forth count as one group, 3 groups for each left and right hand. Movement 6: behind crotch
1. Let's take left hand as an example. First, left hand should do crotch, and right hand should move quickly from behind.
2. Under crotch of left hand, after catching ball with right hand, center of gravity of body tilts to right and right shoulder shakes slightly. Pretend to break through to right and then quickly reverse.
3. Count forward and backward as one group, 3 groups for each left and right hand.
Action 7: behind scenes
1. Take left hand as an example, vigorously dribble ball with left hand once, then quickly behind back, after right hand catches ball, body's center of gravity tilts to right and right shoulder shakes slightly. Pretend to break through to right, and then quickly camouflage in front of body. The camouflage speed should be faster, and span should be more than width of legs.
2. Back and forth count as one group, 3 groups for each left and right hand.
