Hello everyone, I'm a master of my craft. I wonder if you've seen Curry's legendary double-ball warm-up? If you also want to practice dazzling dribbling like Curry, let's practice double ball with a skilled gentleman today.
1. High dribbling with both hands
Stand up straight and dribble vigorously with both hands.
2. Alternate dribbling with both hands
Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees slightly and hold your head high. Dribble alternately with both hands on your knees, looking straight ahead.
3. Low dribbling with both hands
Spread your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees slightly, hold your head high and look straight ahead. Low dribbling with both hands at ankles. Pay attention to dribbling with finger and wrist strength. If low lead isn't low enough, you can find a partner and ask them to put their hand on top of your lead hand to limit height of your lead hand.
4. Both hands up and down at same time
Take a close look at animation, dribbling range should be large.
5. Dribble with both hands inside and out at same time
Dribble ball in and out with both hands at same time.
6. Holding pendulum with both hands
Pay attention to where hand touches ball, push to left and pull to right. The range of motion should be large.
7. Alternate high and low dribble with both hands
5 high dribbles, 5 low dribbles. Dribble high at chest and low at ankle.
8. Change direction of body with both hands at same time
At beginning of practice, movement may be slower. When doing this exercise, you must pay attention to direction of two balls at same time, and distance between two balls should not be too large. You can try. The distance between two balls is close, but distance is completely different. .
9. Dribble ball up with one hand and down with other
At beginning, you can hold ball with one hand and gently toss it up, and with other hand keep ball low and get used to working with your left and right hands separately.
It is easy to get two balls to work in same rhythm when doing this exercise, and correct movement will be faster with a low dribbling frequency than with a high dribbling frequency.
10. Push and pull ball back and forth with both hands
The range of motion must be large, and dribbling power must be large.
11. Hands forward and backward at same time
The range of motion must be large and dribbling must be vigorous.
The double ball exercise will help you better balance your left and right hands, so hurry up and practice.
