Act 1: Low Hand Dribbling

  1. Start with your right hand slightly bent at knees, lower your center of gravity and control ball with your fingers and wrist.

Step 4: turn around

  1. Dribble and turn in front of each obstacle.
  2. Let's take right hand dribble as an example. Before turning around, step forward with your left foot, facing marker sideways and at same time dribble vigorously with your right hand once, and finally pivot with your left foot as pivot.
  3. When turning, pay attention to momentum of ball and do not lift ball up. When turning, defender of ball must stand up and pay attention to protection of ball.
  4. Count forward and backward as one set, do 5 sets.

  4. Notice change in body's center of gravity.
