Today is fifth session of our dribbling series. In second session, we introduced some methods for practicing double ball. Today - an updated version of the double ball practice. Practicing double dribbling can make your left and right hands more balanced. Hurry up to practice!
Double Ball Practice difficulty increased to 4.5 stars
Action one:
1. Stand with your feet to left and right, slightly wider than your shoulders, and lower your center of gravity.
2. Dribble low with both hands, ball at ankle height, dribble with left hand around left leg, dribble with right hand, move closer to left and then repeat left hand action with right hand. Be careful not to look at ball during practice.

3. The left and right hands are circled 30 times each as one group, and two groups are completed.
Action 2:
1. Stand with your feet to left and right, slightly wider than your shoulders, and lower your center of gravity.
2. Drive ball through crotch with both hands at same time and quickly catch ball from behind to repeat previous action.

Fifth step:
We just trained to roll ball under crotch with both hands at same time, now we are learning to alternately drive ball under crotch.
Step six:
We just changed moves we were just practicing.
3. Coordination of body movements with ball

Step 7: practice dribbling for endurance
Put in order 11 double ball exercises we did in second quarter with 6 double ball exercises we did today. Perform each action for 20 seconds, with no rest in middle, it must be performed continuously, and fast dribbling is guaranteed.
