Today I'll introduce you to a few basic dribbling moves that will help you get started playing basketball once you've mastered them, and veterans can also practice dribbling you're not familiar with. First: dribble on spot
The simplest and most basic action of dribbling is beginning of everything. Feet slightly wider than shoulder width, center of gravity down, back straight, ball bouncing vigorously. Beginners can first practice spotting ball, and after familiarization practice touching without watching ball.
Second: V-dribbling on spot
Keep your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, lower your center of gravity and let ball always fall obliquely in front of your feet. At beginning of workout, you can slow down, but you need to hit ball vigorously ● After you get used to this, develop habit of dribbling, without looking at ball.
Third: Dribbling on spot
In&out is a very practical move, a bit like V-dribbling, but in&out is a practice, you need to "push" ball in air with your hands, change direction of ball, and roughly represents an arcuate trajectory, is a good ball training exercise.
Fourth: V-shaped sideways dribbling in place
This action is more complex. When dribbling, try to land ball close to your feet. If you are unfamiliar with this, you can practice V-driving before oblique. Once you've mastered it, slowly move ball back until it's sideways, then practice quickly.
