Today, I'll introduce you to some basic learning and training methods that you can use whether you're training or training on your own.
1. Practicing basic techniques
Exercise 1:
Hold ball in place with both hands and pass ball around front and back of body (you can do it clockwise and counterclockwise, or around your waist, knees, head, etc.) .
Requirements: Spread your fingers naturally, pay attention to movement characteristics of sphere, and gradually focus on front as practice deepens.
Exercise 2:
Hold ball in place with both hands, bend your knees, and do a hand-to-hand figure eight exercise with ball around your legs under your crotch.
Requirements: Slightly bend your knees, keep your upper body straight, pay attention to handling ball with your fingers and wrists, and feel movement characteristics of ball. Gradually increase speed with which hand delivers ball.
Exercise 3:
Stand in place, hold ball with both hands, and practice throwing and catching ball with one hand up and one hand down.
Requirements: The technique of holding ball is correct, experience of moving fingers and hands when throwing ball, catching ball immediately after it falls.
Drill 4. Stand in place, hold ball low with both hands and practice throwing and catching by tossing ball up with both hands and low hands.
Requirements: Proper ball handling technique, experience with vigorous arm extension, wrist flexion, and vigorous ball tossing.
Exercise 5:
Stand in place, hold ball high with both hands, and practice throwing and catching by throwing ball high with both hands.
Requirements: The technique of holding ball is correct, experience of power reception of tossing ball with both hands, strength of both hands must be equal. Catch ball as soon as it falls.
Exercise 6:
In place, bend your knees, assume a basic standing position, and perform various dribbling exercises. Change hands in front of you or swing ball left and right with one hand.
Requirements: maintain correct posture, spread fingers naturally, pat and press ball vigorously, feel characteristics and laws of motion of ball, pay attention to look up and observe, and gradually develop habit of observation.
Exercise 7:
Constantly practice various techniques for passing and catching ball against wall.
Requirements: keep an appropriate distance, actively extend your arms to meet ball, pass ball quickly after receiving ball, and pay attention to correct landing spot of ball.
2. Basic footwork practice
Exercise 1: basic standing posture - start - practice running with change of direction
Requirements: start abruptly, coordinate footwork, turn and step when changingdirection, pay attention to mastering rhythm of speed and speed, always control body's center of gravity.

Requirements: start and run quickly, control body's center of gravity when turning back, overcome fatigue and maintain quality of movement.

Exercise 3: Start - Jog - Change direction - Emergency stop - Jump in place
Change direction and run, then crash and take off
Exercise 4: Start - jog - stop and turn after a sudden stop
Requirements: The combination of emergency stop and turn must be consistent and accurate, and appropriate body position must be maintained at all times.
