Strong basketball court skills can help game, but if you want to beat your opponent, you need to know how to do tricks.
Today, KBT invited intrepid craftsman Fang Liangchao to teach his brothers how to analyze perfect jelly laying. You need to break Newtonian mechanics and stun your opponents in 2 minutes!
First of all, Jelly performs a simple, twisting his wrist back to cause ball to rub against backboard, thereby performing a reverse goal.
So, first step in our practice is to increase speed of rotation of basketball so that ball can bounce back into net with force even at maximum distance. Brothers who are new to jelly stacking can start by spinning ball with one hand.
In practice, we need to pay attention to two important points.
The first important point is that when dragging ball with one hand, shoulder should be slightly opened outward. This is only way to fully use strength of hand. On contrary, if you do not open your hand when making jelly, but simply use strength of your wrist to spin ball, speed of basketball will be greatly reduced.
Secondly, our towing arm should be like throwing a basketball. With exception of empty palm, other areas of palm must be in contact with basketball. Because only palm and basketball have most friction area, your ice cream might be more q-bouncing.
By spinning ball in place, make sure the ball falls in a straight line every time you twist your wrist.
At beginning of workout, we can drag ball in this way for three steps, and then turn our wrists to hit board. The position of hitting board must be outside white rectangle and height must be greater than white rectangle.
Brothers, when you do wrist rotation exercises, it's best not to just do exercises in place. More practice of running exercises will allow your body to quickly develop a sense of distance. Increased hit rate during downtime in real combat.
Finally, if you want to try extreme distance jelly styling. It is necessary to increase force of lifting one hand when turning wrist and aim at dead corner of shield. Don't be afraid to use too much force.
Because only at most extreme angle can you get most amazing jelly hairdo!
