In football, football playing techniques mainly include inside of foot, inside of instep, front of instep, outside of instep, foot and heel.
1, hit ball with instep:
Kicking ball in front of instep of foot is hitting ball with first, second, third wedge-shaped and metatarsal ends of foot. This shock part is relatively heavy. Since movement of leg is adapted to natural structure of human hip and knee joints, direction of force is consistent with direction of ball, and consistent with human daily movement of walking and running, so it is convenient to increase swing and increase speed of swing, so it is easy to hit ball vigorously.
① Hitting a set ball:
Approach in a straight line, keeping your eyes on ball as your body approaches ball. When stepping onto support, step should be large and active, supporting foot is usually 10-15 cm behind ball, toes are in line with direction of ball, knee joint is slightly bent. While kicking leg is supported by steps, thigh is pulled back and calf is flexed back as much as possible. Keeping your foot on ground, bend your torso and point your hip. As skating leg transitions from an oblique brace to a straight brace, with hip joint as pivot, thigh forces calf to move back forward. As knee rises close to top back of ball, shin accelerates. At moment ball is hit, instep of foot is straightened, ankle is pressed tightly, and front of instep of foot strikes back and middle of ball. After hitting ball, kicking foot must continue to swing forward with ball.
② Boccia:
When hitting a ground ball from front of ball of foot, in addition to correctly performing basic hit on planted ball, position of skating foot on ground must also be adjusted according to speed of roll of ball. In principle, pivot foot should stay slightly behind when hitting approaching ground, and slightly forward when hitting forward. Since ball is still rolling when pivot foot touches ground, be sure to account for amount of time kicking foot is on ball.
③ Hitting ball:
When hitting a bouncing ball with back of your foot, you must first accurately estimate ball's landing point, landing time, and angle of rebound. When hitting ball, supporting leg is on side of ball. When ball is about to touch ground, calf of kicking leg rises sharply. When ball just bounces off ground, hit back and middle of ball with front part of instep of foot.
④ Kicking ball in air
A. Volley to side: When volleying, you must first evaluate route of a good ball. And find a good point of impact. When kicking ball, side of body faces ball, skating foot steps forward, toes point towards ball, upper body leans towards skating foot, thigh of kicking leg rises close to ground parallel, and then thigh forces calf move sharply. Swing in direction of ball and hit back middle of ball with front of instep. In process of kicking and hitting ball, body then turns in direction of ball. When ball is about to be hit, eyes are always fixed on ball, body is facing in direction of appearance, and direction of ball is reversed after ball is hit.
B. Backhook Kick: When kicking with a backhook, step forward with your supporting leg, bend your knee, lean your upper body back andkick kicking leg up with hip joint as axis. When ball lands over front of your head, push it back with front of your instep.
2. Kick ball with your foot:
Kicking ball from inside of foot means kicking ball with a triangle formed by big toe, navicular bone and calcaneus. This part has a large ball contact area, and ball is fed smoothly, but power is relatively small.
① Hitting ball with inside of foot:
Method of action: when you hit ball, you must run in a straight line and keep your eyes on ball, trying to find a foothold. When foot lands, toes should be in line with direction of ball, 10-15 cm from ball, knee joint should be slightly bent, and arms should be naturally open to maintain good body balance. The kicking leg swings back forward with hip joint as axis, during forward swing hip joint is abducted, foot is tilted, and inside of foot is about 90° from direction of ball. The thigh forces calf to hit ball quickly. When hitting ball, push your heel forward, tightly tighten your ankle and hit back middle of ball with inside of your foot. After hitting ball, kicking foot must continue to move forward with ball in same shape it was in before hitting ball.
Kicking a ground ball. The method of action when hitting a ground ball with inside of foot is basically same as hitting a set ball. The difference is that ball rolls on ground. Therefore, in process of grounding and swinging legs to hit ball, some links of movement method must be appropriately adjusted according to direction and speed of ball rolling.
The ball rolls from head to head. Before kicking ball, body must be directed towards ball and eyes must be on ball to assess speed of its rolling and take into account time required to complete kicking action. In terms of speed of ball rolling when hitting ball, position of foot on ground should be slightly behind. Because ball is still in motion when pivot foot hits ground, remember to take into account time it takes for kicking foot to swing from back to front to hit ball. The kicking action with kicking legs usually uses a tapping method, and timing of kicking ball preferably corresponds to moment ball rolls towards vertical line supporting toes.
As ball rolls forward, you can adjust your running speed to get closer to ball as quickly as possible. Before kicking ball, depending on forward speed of ball, skating foot should be slightly forward so that it can get into correct position when swinging foot to hit ball. When swinging foot to hit ball, swing method to hit ball is often used.
② Hitting ball:
When hitting a bouncing ball with inside of your foot, you must first move in time and accurately to ball's landing point according to trajectory of falling ball. If arc of ball is small, then it may lag a little, and moment of hitting ball with a raised foot is timely and accurate at moment when ball falls on a rebound and is only collectingtries to get off ground, and hits back and middle of ball with a swing method.
③ Kicking ball in air:
When hitting ball in air with inside of foot, body must be facing ball, and two eyes must accurately observe trajectory of ball in air, thigh must be raised, and calf should be dragged along. When hitting ball, use your shin swing to hit back and middle of ball. If you want to hit a high ball, you can hit center of ball.
3, hitting ball beyond ball of foot:
① Kicking a set ball: When kicking a straight ball from outside of instep, approach, position of pivot foot, and movement of kicking leg are basically same as when kicking ball from front of instep. As knee of kicking leg approaches vertical top of ball, shin accelerates forward, toes turn inward, outside of instep is perpendicular to ground, instep of foot straightens out, toes are locked, and back and middle of ball is hit by outside of instep. After hitting ball, kicking leg continues to swing forward with ball.
② Kicking ground ball: When kicking ground ball from outside of instep, depending on position of body and ball and direction of ball, you can use a straight line and an inclined line to run. up. As a general rule, when ball approaches side of kicking leg, use a direct approach; when ball is facing kicking foot and inward, use a diagonal approach. The straight run keeps foot on ground further from ball, typically 20-25 cm behind ball, diagonal run is closer to 10-15 cm.
4, hit ball inside ball of foot:
Kicking ball from inside of instep uses part of instep between first and second metatarsal bones and first and second cuneiform bones of foot. The characteristic is that kicking foot is easy to insert into bottom of ball, there are many impact points, it is easy to control height, rotation and landing point of ball, and impact force is also relatively large.
① Hitting a set ball:
Inclined run-up, run-up direction about 45° from direction of ball, supporting foot actively lands on sole of foot, step on side and behind ball 25-30 cm, knee joint is slightly bent, and toes point towards ball, body is slightly tilted towards supporting foot. Keeping foot on ground, body rotates in direction of ball, kicking leg takes hip joint as axis, and thigh sets shin in motion, swinging from back to front in an arc. As knee reaches vertical upper side of inside of ball, calf accelerates, toes turn slightly outward, top of foot is extended, toes are locked, foot is diagonally downward, and back and bottom kick ball with inside of instep. After hitting ball, kicking leg continues to work with ball.
② Boccia:
When kicking a ground ball from inside of incline, no matter which direction ball rolls, first condition for properly kicking is to first determine direction of ball, and then adjust angle between body and direction of ball when approaching ball takeoff run so that it remains at a 45° angle. The method of action when hitting ball is basically same as hitting a set ball, except that position of pivot foot must be slightly adjusted to match direction ball rolls.
③ Header removed:
The method of action is basically same as kicking a set ball. The supporting leg can step on side and behind ball, kicking leg should not be too tight. After hitting ball, foot does not follow ball, so that ball rotates backwards to control speed of ball, so that ball falls slowly in a parabola.
④ Turn around and hit ball:
At last step of run-up, a slight bounce is performed, feet and knee joints supporting feet are turned as far as possible towards ball, and rotation of waist is used to help raise leg and kick.
⑤ Curveball:
The method of running up and supporting ball is same as when kicking ball. Use inside of instep to hit back and outside of ball, as well as directing power of kick. does not pass through center of sphere. At moment ball is hit, ankle joint is turned inward, and foot is slightly turned up, due to which ball spins sideways and passes in a certain arc.
5, heel strike:
Heel kick is a heel strike on ball behind body. As ball supports inside of foot, kicking leg naturally rises to front of ball, and then calf is suddenly thrown back quickly with knee joint as pivot and ankle joint tense and hard. ,and ball is kicked back by middle part of heel before it touches ball. When ball is on outside of foothold, kicking foot should be natural first When ball is over skating foot, immediately swing back towards skating foot in a cross motion heels.
6, kick on tiptoe:
Kicking is a kicking method in which ball touches foot. Characteristically, foot touch area of the ball is small, and ball is thrown out faster, but accuracy is low. Mainly used for tackles during game. The method of action is to support foot on side and behind ball, when ball is hit, instep of foot is inclined, toes are bent, ankle joint is tense and stable, back middle part of ball is slightly lower than foot part. When hitting ball with toe, if pivot foot is too far away from ball, kicking leg should bend knee and step forward, guide hip and use toe to push ball to middle of back before kicking leg touches the ground.
