Quickly step forward alternately with your left and right foot (for ropeless ladders, mark a 2 m long area for training)
Continue action by turning left or right. Stepping and running long distances and pair them with 4 sets of high leg raises shown in picture below. After stopping ball on next step, make small adjustments to throw. (It is more effective to maintain continuity of training. A set of movements can be trained several times, and number of individual elements can be increased depending on situation. One person can simplify movements.)
