Step 1
The left foot moves ball laterally outward, right foot remains stationary for support, and body leans to side to bring defender's center of gravity into motion to shake defender.
Step 2
In first step, after moving left foot horizontally, change direction of ankle, quickly use arch of foot to complete inward buckle, and at same time lift right foot to prepare for ball.
Step 3
After receiving ball with your right foot, adjust angle to avoid being caught by a defender and quickly pass ball to a teammate. The whole process requires a smooth connection and one hit.
tips
1. All movements should be smooth and consistent, not sloppy.
2. Observe position of your teammates in advance and predict direction of ball.
3. After passing ball, keep track of time and you can try to play 2 vs 1 with your teammates.
