Try to simulate a real fight, push ball towards goal a short distance, then quickly increase your speed, take a big step with your left foot away from ball, lower your body, lean to left, and quickly apply force to right leg extended behind you, Thigh sets calf in motion, and at moment ball touches sole of foot tenses, and rise of right foot is like end of a whip, and suddenly shows strength.
