step 1
Lightly step on ball with one foot and pull ball back until your toes touch ground and your toes are free of soccer ball. The center of gravity of body falls on legs, which are on ground.
Step 2
After your toes are free from soccer ball, touch ball with back of your foot and gently push ball forward.
step 3
Repeatedly train on one leg.
step 4
Once you get comfortable, practice with both legs alternately.
