Scoring goals is responsibility of striker on field. To be a great striker, it's not enough just to score goals. A striker who scores goals will have support of precise guidance from his teammates. A good striker needs to communicate with his teammates, clear his throat, turn up volume and communicate with his teammates, and tell him what you want to do.
A keen sense of smell in front of goal is a quality of a great striker, so constant concern of opponent's defender will give you more chances to score a goal. You must know that ball will not roll to your feet automatically and consciously.
When you have a chance to go one-on-one with goalkeeper, don't be nervous, use all false tricks to deceive goalkeeper, and then calmly shoot.
Properly press opponent's defender. As soon as defender makes a mistake, you will have a chance alone.
Active pressure is good for team defense, but you have to distribute your physical strength, because attacker takes on more attacking tasks.
When a team's midfield is blocked, attacker can retreat appropriately to receive ball and add an exit point, which will make opposition tired of fighting him.
Forwards must not only be able to score goals, but also properly create opportunities for teammates, such as passing ball to teammates in back row or pulling overboard to make room for teammates to break through. Remember, football is a team exercise.
To determine landing point, place ball in a good position. Always pay attention to movements of opponent's goalkeeper, you may be able to catch a leak.
Football matches, thanks to joint efforts of team members, ultimately turn into goals and performance. One-hit shooting technique is like a sharp knife in a soldier's hand, technique is cleanly practiced, killing with one hit and scoring a goal. Below are some personal shooting tips that I hope everyone finds helpful.
Shooting method
1. Taken with instep
Position of ball at moment of impact, from toe to instep area where shoe is tied, in middle of impact.
When hitting ball, run diagonally, step with your supporting foot towards ball,
The thigh of kicking leg deviates slightly back, calf deviates sharply back, and instep of foot is tense down.
Then stand with your pivot knee slightly bent and swing your kicking leg to apply force
Make full contact with ball with a tight forefoot and hit ball.
It is better to train with both feet.
The instep of foot can also be hit from summer, but striking part is area where laces are tied,
The more force you apply, less accurate your results will be.
When hitting ball, approach ball diagonally with your left leg bent on a support while standing next to ball
Left body to left of center of gravity, requiring instep of right leg to rotate inward counterclockwise,
The shin sharply bends back, and thigh leads shin at moment of hitting ball,
Kick ball like a whip.
Full contact with ball with top of foot and a vigorous strike on ball.
2. Shot in an arc from inside of foot
That's where ball hits ball,
This is lean area above center of inner arch, midfoot, and bottom of strike.
Demonstration of actions
When hitting ball, run up diagonally and step with your pivot foot
Slightly arched, ball of foot is directed towards ball.
At same time, back swing leg is loaded,
Let strike position fully touch ball, act obliquely, and wipe ball.
3. External instep
The impact site, area on outer surface of foot at end of little toe, in middle and bottom of pad.
At first, you may not get used to way force is applied. This takes a lot of practice.
If foot is weak or weak,
You can turn foot slightly inward and tighten top of foot.
For a larger contact area.
If you decide to shoot with outside instep of right leg, choose to run to left,
Other actions will not be repeated. It takes a lot of practice to learn to control outward arch of foot.
By throwing with outside of your right foot, it is easier to hit the ball counterclockwise.
4. Push with inside of foot
The position of ball is familiar to everyone
The area on inside of foot above arch, in middle or bottom of ball.
This kind of shooting is easy to control direction, but force is not enough.
When throwing, run diagonally with your pivot foot next to or behind ball, slightly arched.
Kicking power by controlling inside of attacker's foot
Shoot ball in the appropriate direction more accurately.
5, forehead
There are many types of crosses, you can use a lift or a long pass,
When goalkeeper is in front, pass ball high over goalkeeper to score a goal.
Here throw is taken from front of instep and hits bottom of ball.
Requirements: at time of frontal impact, supporting leg is slightly bent, and striking leg quickly applies force when swinging,
Completely touch contact part with bottom of ball,
Kicking foot no longer follows movement after high kicking ball.
6. Toe kick
The toe shot is also a variation of frontal throw.
When a defender or goalkeeper is closer to me,
Touch bottom of ball with your toes,
Kicks ball high over defender.
When serving, calf of leg touching ball is slightly retracted back.
At moment of hitting ball, move calf so that toes quickly rest on bottom of ball,
Strength in soles of feet to lift toes up
At same time, slightly lift your calves up, let your toes move more with ball, and fly the ball.
Start with practice of collecting on spot,
Practice throws from different distances and in different directions.
As you get more experienced, try throwing punches on go.
This method of shooting requires ingenuity,
Pay attention to time of use and presence of certain skills.
Different shooting methods have different actual effects.
However, it is important to remember that when shooting, main goal is accuracy, not brute force.
Know target of shot and shoot in most accurate and familiar way.
Finally organize reasonable and moderate training! (It is best to take care of both left and right leg)
