Basic practice of passing and catching ball
There are many ways to pass ball, but ground ball and long ball are most common. When you have ball, you have three options: passing, dribbling and shooting. Why basically choose to pass ball, because no one can be faster than ball!
1. Innerfoot - Ground Ball
Basic footwork: When passing ball with inside of foot, position of pivot foot roughly determines direction of pass.
The transfer foot and support foot form a 90° angle. When passing, bend your pivot foot slightly, swing your passing leg back (swing back for more passing power) and hit ball with inside of your foot (the area below ankle to base of big toe). When passing ball, relax your body and slightly tense soles of your feet at time of load.
Slow Motion
Catching ball: choose a place to catch ball, use inside of foot to catch ball, slightly lift receiving leg when catching ball, spread thigh outward and turn to face ball with inside of foot when ball is coming. Immediately after contact with ball, move receiving leg back to remove kinetic energy of the ball.
Choose method of receiving ball with outside of foot. To pass ball with outside of foot, you can click menu bar - basic training - stop passing practice to learn. (It is not recommended to use soles of your feet to stop ball. Failure to step on ball will result in errors)
Training Method: You need to find a friend to practice with. Two pass and catch ball to each other. At beginning, passing speed slows down, and as you become more experienced, you increase speed and lengthen distance. (You can train your left and right legs at same time)
Optional: select non-stop ball, ball with one foot, step by step.
Pass ball in different directions
(Simulate a real fight, you need to run after passing ball before catching ball)
The above only applies to normal short pass. It is very difficult to play with a scalpel rolling on ground, with a long pass through ball, extremely hard footwork, a strong psyche, calmly analyze situation on field and unexpectedly give ball away. Such people are master midfielders like Iniesta, Harvey, Pirlo, etc., of course, not only in this respect. Watch a video of their game.
A person can practice passing and catching ball against wall (if you are strong, I will be strong)
2. Long pass
The long pass is a sharp weapon for a large-scale attack. A successful long-range pass can often instantly change attacking and defensive situation on field. But practicing a long pass is not easy, because if pass is not an accurate projectile, it often backfires. The passer must have good footwork, foresight of our receiver's position, and good speed. The long pass is suitable for crosses, defensive counterattacks and return passes.
Let's look at some basic footwork: 45° diagonal run. The supporting foot is located at a distance of about 15 cm from ball, at an angle of 45 ° to direction of ball, toes are directed towards ball, knee is slightly bent, center of gravity is shifted towards supporting foot.
As skating foot approaches ball, passer's thigh pushes the shin as far back as possible.
At moment of passing ball, supporting foot stands firmly, thigh drives shin, and calf swings high at an accelerated speed.
How to catch ball: use inside of foot to stop ball, first run to appropriate place to catch ball, raise hip and stretch, control calf and let inside of foot touch ball. At moment of hitting ball, foot moves back a little to take off force.
The practice is similar to boccia and requires two people. pass the ball to each other
Key passing moments
In a football match, you must be aware of your surroundings before you receive ball and pass ball when you are free after receiving ball. Only when there is no better opportunity should one look for opportunities with ball.
When passing ball, choose easiest way to pass ball to ensure a successful attack.
When passing ball, you should first select a teammate who is closest to you to pass ball to minimize passing errors and maintain attack continuity. Generally, best transmission distance is 10 -30 pic.
When passing ball, pay attention to passing ball to side where opponent has fewer defenders, and not passing ball in a "pile". When passing ball, you must leave room for yourself to pass ball, run to a reasonable position and at same time pass to appropriate position. After passing ball, you must run without ball. When receiving ball, run into open and approach passer. The situation on site is unpredictable and requires adaptation.
