Performs a semi-circle around ball, pulling ball to keep opponent in its path.
Pick ball up with your other foot.

5. Pull ball and turn
Use sole of your foot to pull ball forward in direction of throw, and maintain constant contact with ball with your foot, and finally dunk ball with outside of several balls.
Move between ball and opponent to block opponent.
Speed up.
6. Pull ball and turn
Use soles of your feet to pull ball away from your body.
When pulling up a certain distance, successively switch to ball from inside of foot from behind supporting leg to other side.
Pick ball up with your other foot.
Speed up.
7, 360° medial rotation
When approaching disc, stop ball with inside of foot.
Flips ball over to pin it to opponent.
Finally touch ball with inside of your foot.
Speed up.
8, 360° lateral rotation
As you approach disc, stop ball with outside of your foot.
Flips ball over to pin it to opponent.
Finally touch ball with outside of your foot.

9. Step and turn [in]
Swing your foot over ball to complete step.
Turn around ball and finally touch ball with inside of your other foot.
Speed up.
10. Step and turn [outside]
Swing your foot over ball to complete step.
Turn around ball and finally touch ball with outside of your foot.

11, Cruyff turned around
Step your foot back as if you were about to make a long pass.
Instead, turn ball away from ball by pulling ball on your pivot foot.
Finally touch ball with outside of your other foot.

12, Maradona turns around
Place one foot on ball, allowing your entire body to make a 180° turn in air.
Pull ball back with your other foot.

13. Pull ball and turn
Touch ball with soles of your feet and pull back, turning to retrieve ball.
Pick ball up with outside of your foot.

14, 3 touches to pull ball and turn around
Touch ball with sole of your foot and gently pull it back.
Then push ball behind supporting leg with inside of foot.
Finally touch ball with outside of your other foot.
