Movement 1. Passing ball past foot and changing direction
Three children form a group of three,
Dribble forward and stop it with outside of your foot.
And use inside of your foot to pass ball to a partner behind you.
Finally, go back to end of queue.
Movement 2. Passing ball inside foot to change direction
Three children form a group of three,
Kick ball forward and stop it with inside of your foot.
And use inside of your foot to pass ball to a partner behind you.
Finally, go back to end of queue.
Movement 3. Spin ball inside foot and turn 90°
Use four marker boards to form a 3-4 meter square.
Three children form a group of three.
When one person approached logo plate, one person used inside of foot to protect ball and completed turn,
Go to next signed disk, ground,
Finally, go through four discs with logo in sequence.
Finally pass ball to next partner.
Finally, go back to end of queue.
Movement 4. Protective pressure inside foot, outside foot to hit ball
Limited defensive pressure using alternating outside and inside balls,

This is an evolutionary variation exercise that improves turning abilities.

Movement 8. Passing ball inside foot and changing direction
Exercise 8 still uses same technique as exercise 7 to turn around and change direction.
But you need to place logo sign in specified location,
And have another team member step forward to intervene to a certain extent to train under limited pressure.
Action 9: Cruyff turns around
After arriving at desired location
Swing your right leg back sharply, as if for a long pass or kick.
