Since right foot is dominant foot for most people, let's take left foot as an example. First, left foot pulls the ball back and forth in different directions.
Swing your left foot left and right to pull ball, looking for feel of ball.
Similarly, you can drag ball back and forth to maintain feel of ball.
The best training for feeling ball is hitting it. When you don't get used to it at first, you can catch ball with your hands and let your left foot hit ball.
When you feel a little, you can try hitting ball with your left and right foot.
The passing method is a little easier, as long as you have a wall as shown in picture below, use your left foot to pass ball into wall.
Once you get comfortable with it, you can use your left and right feet to catch ball back and forth while increasing passing distance.
The last step is practicing stopping ball. Throw ball high and then stop ball with your left foot.
If you have skills, you can practice jumping and passing ball back and forth on wall.
