Offensive roll opportunities are often fleeting and there isn't much time to rebuild, so you can shoot when you see opportunities while running.
When shooting from a run, you need to pay attention to position of yourself and ball, as well as to speed of running, to choose and predict shot in advance
Just like playing golf, you must not only watch your position, but also watch position of ball.
Only when both positions are properly controlled can a menacing strike be formed.
If you decide to shoot on purpose, don't run so fast that you don't have time to stop car.
When throwing, you must look at ball to make sure the shot is accurate.
If you don't look at ball, it's easy to miss or hit it.
Practice well and become best shooter on field!
