Outward lifting transfer is a very discreet transfer method that considers both practicality and decorativeness. Once pass is complete, it is not possible for an opposing defender to judge your intent to pass and direction of ball based on common sense.
The first thing to do is determine where ball will touch ball, i.e. in area of the outside of ball of foot at end of little toe.
When hitting ball, hit middle and bottom of ball, ankle is tight, toe is up, knee joint is locked, force is quickly transferred through calf.
You can try to hit ball with an outside lift on spot, slowly find point of contact, and then hit forward.
After mastering technique of touching ball, we can perform complex exercises. Place an obstacle 10 meters in front of you (can be adjusted accordingly) and then use outside lift to hit ball around obstacle.
The point of impact when lifting from outside must be very precise, otherwise you can easily kick ball or hit ground. At same time, supporting foot must be at an appropriate distance from ball to lighten load. .
