Exercise 1. Dribbling with small steps
The distance between every two sign discs is equal to diameter of two sign discs, and multiple sign discs are arranged in a straight line.
In this exercise, only one foot is used to touch ball at a time. You can alternate between doing one set with your left foot and another set with your right foot.
Exercise 2. Dribbling inside and outside
It is not necessary to change position of logo disk, but training method is different. This time only one touch of ball is allowed each time in front of logo disk.
This exercise still uses only one foot to touch ball each time. You can alternate using your left foot to do one set and then switch to your right foot to do one set.
Drill 3: Practice dribbling with small steps "Ji"
Move odd marker discs that were placed previously respectively horizontally by a distance of about one meter. Let previously straight marking plate become a "zigzag" line.
In this exercise, only one foot is used to touch ball at a time. You can alternate between doing one set with your left foot and another set with your right foot.
Keep your center of gravity low while dribbling. If body looks straight like in picture below, it will make players feel very uncomfortable. So dribbler must not be very comfortable.
Exercise 4. Alternate feet for one touch
The marking plate is restored to a straight line, same as in first and second exercises. If you have a lot of logo plates, you can also place two groups on ground at same time: a straight logo plate and a zigzag sign.
In this exercise we will be using outsides of both feet to push ball at same time, everyone should be careful! Use only outside of foot, do not use inside of foot to hit ball.
This is still every time ball passes through flag plate.
Drag ball once to pass flag and adjust direction and strength of next ball. This is essence of this exercise, everyone should pay attention to it.
Exercise 5. Alternating inside and outside of foot
Alternately touch ball with inside and outside of both feet, in front of a straight disc, alternately use inside and outside of both feet to constantly touch ball.
In this exercise, you can use 2 clicks for each marker disc you pass.
