Pull knob and take a step back
This action of pulling ball and stepping back is often seen in five-player games, but it can also be used in eleven-player games if you practice well enough.

Several evolutions
Another advantage of this ball and stop movement is that there are many other variations.
In addition to stepping on ball with inside of your foot, you can also step on ball with outside of your foot.
