Usually there are players on field who play with only one foot. The other leg is mainly used only for running assistance. This typical player includes Di Maria, Sturridge, Valencia, and if she is home, it is Zheng Zhi. If you only play with one foot, you don't have enough variables to use your technique. It will be easy for enemy to see right through you and prevent you from dying.
(Because other foot doesn't work, I can only use more advanced flower arrangement foot)
Below, we will share with you five training methods that will help improve your non-dominant foot so that you can shoot left and right on court as you like.

Practice ball control
Use your weak foot to control ball, you can practice with inside or outside of foot, gradually find feel of ball, let weak foot gradually get used to rhythm and feel of the ball control.

Dribbling practice
Use your weak leg to perform an extraordinary pull and pull exercise. This exercise will help you feel better about being extraordinary.

Balance exercises
Use two legs to take turns pulling ball in, keep balance between movements and close gap in ability between two legs.

Internship
Using your weak foot to pass ball into an iron net or wall, this exercise relaxes your mind and then gradually improves quality of pass through continuous practice.

Shooting practice
Same practice as throwing with dominant foot, when throwing focus is not on strength, don't worry about whether you can hit target if you can hit ball high in air.
