Getting rid of protection doesn't necessarily mean stepping on a bike or an oxtail. Sometimes a change of ankle before ball is released and a natural pull on sole of foot can open up your attacking look. In real combat, more attention should be paid to practicing simple moves. When your basic skills are already clean and pure, then you only need to add some rhythm changes to get rid of people so that you can get rid of them very easily and clearly.
1. Take ball and get rid of it
This action does not require much effort on user's legs, what needs to be done is to observe environment around him, lower center of gravity, choose direction of rotation and support legs, and then perform action. The range of motion is relatively small, and it has a wonderful effect when used in place and in a small area to relieve pressure. In addition, when turning, you can also observe situation of almost entire stadium.
2. Drag ball to change direction
The main point of action is to pull sole of foot and push inside of foot. This action is very effective for grabbing defender quickly. As you push with inside of foot, you can push it away from dominant leg and start accelerating and getting rid of it from front. You can also twist your lead foot's ankle and hit ball other way so that ball rolls to other side after it passes through heel of skating foot and turns around to wipe out bouncing defender. .
3. Do a feint before catching ball
When catching ball, you often find that opposing players are approaching you from behind or from side. It is not enough to simply stop ball in an open direction to avoid it. The direction of ball doesn't differ much from running direction of a defender approaching you. It's still easy for a defender to get stuck or get caught by a defender if you're moving slowly. In fact, during short amount of time you wait for ball from a teammate to reach your feet, you can make a few false moves to get defender to change direction in other direction to get rid of it beforehand.
