But in a real game, many defenders won't easily step forward to defend against your cyclical action, either stand still or back away slowly. At this time, you need to think about how to successfully undermine opponent's defensive center of gravity.
After training phase, difficulty can be increased. The defender does not stand in middle and remains motionless. You and your teammates start at both ends of disc and run towards middle.
When you get close to it, use pedal bike to ride past it and stop ball in its final position.
