  • The body is facing rope ladder.
  • Standing on one side [left] of rope ladder facing forward, inside leg [right leg] enters net first, and then [left leg] follows it and enters same net.
  • Then [right foot] steps sideways to right side of rope ladder and [left foot] steps forward to next net.

    3: Front Leg Swing

  • The body is facing rope ladder.
  • Stand facing one side of rope ladder [left].
  • The outside [left foot] first enters first grid from [right foot], then [right foot] follows and takes a step to right side of rope ladder, and finally [left foot] also exits right side of rope ladder and lands in front of [right foot].
