Drill 4. Stop ball with two feet on W line
Two players stand at a distance of about 5-10 meters, one of them is main one, and other is auxiliary.
Help practitioner freeze at one point and turn left and right.
The Master Trainer will make quick lateral movements after each non-stop shot.
After moving to left, stop ball with your left foot and pass ball back to assistant with your right foot.
After moving to right, stop ball with your right foot and pass ball back to the assistant with your left foot.
Exercise five: stop ball with outside foot
Two practitioners stand 5-10 meters apart.
First stop ball with outside of foot, then use same outside of foot to return ball to the opposite practitioner.
Drill 6. Touch ball with both feet and pass

The ball owner first passes ball in front of receiving partner. The receiving player first controls ball by touching ball while running forward and then passes ball back to a running partner in front of line.
