Shooting is a very deep knowledge. Brute force, of course, is not enough. Only by mastering right method, one can be fierce and accurate, like god of war Batty, with thunderous shooting power. Today we will learn how to use as much force as possible when shooting.
Running
During run-up, feet touch ground, center of gravity drops slightly, and body leans forward slightly. In general, the run-up follows a diagonal line with a low angle.
And increase power of shot by increasing takeoff speed. Pay attention to fullness of throw and gradually increase the speed during practice.
Take a strong approach to running, paying attention to swinging your arms. The run-up begins with small steps and accelerates, and last step supports foot to step next to ball, and steps must be fast and large.
Shoot
To improve your throwing power, you need to be confident in part of your foot that you hit ball with. Generally speaking, pushing from inside of foot is easy to control, but pushing from front of instep (straight line) and a little bit from inside of instep (arc), as shown in figure below, is more powerful.
The kicking leg moves quickly. Just before kicking, supporting leg is extended forward and calf of kicking leg is moderately tilted back to store energy. The shot is fired in one go, thigh sets calf in motion, and force reaches feet.
After shot
Note immediate follow-up action after hitting ball after run-up. After hitting ball, shooting leg swings towards ball and ends with a hip-raising pose, while supporting foot bounces up and swings slightly.
If you work hard to create miracles, you can put on a show. In addition to accuracy and strength, shooting action must be executed quickly, unexpectedly, and from tricky angles. Start by practicing short distances, gradually increase your shooting distance, keep practicing and build up gradually.
