01 - Roundtrip
Space two squares with a side of 1 m at a distance of 10 m from each other horizontally.
First do a few quick moves from positive direction on one side and quickly move horizontally to square on the other side.
Then do same exercise from square on that side and back to square on this side.
Dribbling 02-10 yards
Place a circle with a diameter of about 5 meters with several discs with logos and quickly move ball around circle.
Turn gate 03-10 yards
Start with ball at marked disc and move as fast as you can to marked disc 10 yards away.
And quickly turn around after you reach sign board and head back to sign door.
04-Attacking Dribbling
Place two signed discs at each end 10 yards apart.
And put a sign with logo in middle.
Drag ball from one side of logo to other side of logo and quickly complete a change of direction in front of middle logo to go around logo.
Lastly, park ball between flag gates at other end.
