One minute on court, ten years off court! Today I want to introduce you guys how you can train alone. You can freely mix and match according to training effect you want to achieve. The first thing I bring today is a few techniques for training dribbling:
01 - Small disc surround with steering column logo
First tap ball with outside of one foot to bypass series of discs with logo at a distance of only about 30 cm.
02 Ronaldo Free Dribbling
Place several discs with logo on ground at once.
Then take ball and pass it between these logo discs, making sure that neither ball nor your feet touch any of logo discs.
Return dribble 03-5 yards
Swivels back and forth within 5 yards.
04-10 yards inside and outside dribbling
Alternately use inside and outside of both feet to move ball forward a certain distance, and then using same dribbling method, return to starting point.
