Kicking ball is one of basic moves to develop football flair. In process of practicing jumping with ball, you can gradually train from simple to difficult, and gradually find rhythm and feel of ball. When hitting ball, mainly use forefoot, part in front of lace.
When juggling ball, mainly use forefoot, part in front of lace. Note lowering of body's center of gravity as ball bounces, which also applies to catching and stopping ball. For example, sometimes when ball stops and ball passes under feet, it means that center of gravity has not dropped.
It is not recommended to hook your toes when hitting ball

When juggling ball, please note that body should be facing forward in order to better control direction of ball, instead of running with ball, we should control ball.
Keep bouncing ball at a moderate distance from body, which helps to better complete next bouncing ball. The height of kicked ball should not be too high, only at level of knee.
