Shot after waving
When no one is defending, we can step on ball first to help our next shot, step on top of ball and move ball forward a few steps. When shooting, you can run up to defense with a diagonal run-up, and then shoot ball towards goal.
At initial stage of this kind of training, it is not necessary to chase speed and angle of ball too much, but first strive to ensure that all shots hit target.
Before training, you need to find an imaginary opponent. It is suitable to put such an opponent six to seven meters from goal, and then take a few steps back. From this, bring ball forward. Jump forward to an imaginary opponent using fake moves like shrugging and crossing, change direction to complete the pass, and finally fire.
Shot with twist back
In a real game, opponent will not let you comfortably shoot, or put an imaginary opponent in front of goal, and you are in a position to hold ball with your back. The imaginary enemy in front of you is defender of enemy behind you.
To choose a left or right break, toss ball with outside of instep and at same time turn quickly, step back and throw with instep, try to hit ball towards inside side net as shown in picture below. as much as possible. There is no need to apply force when throwing, just shoot ball smartly and quickly.
