The following GIF demonstrates 3 main throwing methods. Even if you play amateur football, you must improve your shooting skills. If one day you practice shooting Melo, Premier League and La Liga will not be a dream for you. If you have a dream, what if it comes true?
Next, let's move on to learning state.
1. Taken from instep
Position of ball at moment of impact, from toe to instep area where shoe is tied, in middle of impact.
When hitting ball, run diagonally, step forward with your supporting leg away from ball with a wide step, slightly take thigh of kicking leg back, sharply pull calf back and tighten instep of foot down. . Then stand with your supporting knee slightly bent and swing your batting leg to apply force so that your clenched front foot can make full contact with ball and hit ball.
It is better to practice both left and right foot
2. Push with inside of foot
The place of impact is a well-known area above inner arch of foot, middle or bottom of ball. With this kind of shooting, it is easy to control direction, but strength is not enough.
When throwing, run diagonally with your pivot foot next to or behind ball, slightly arched. The kicking leg applies force and at same time controls inside of kicking leg to hit ball more accurately in appropriate direction.
3. Frontal impact
Speaking of shots, this reminds me of "criminal dribbling + Messi shot"
There are many types of crossover shots. You can use back of foot or a long pass. When goalkeeper is in front, open high ball to throw goalkeeper and score a goal. Here forehead is used from front of instep, hitting bottom of the ball.
Requirements: When lobbying, pivot leg must be slightly bent, and kicking leg must apply force quickly when swinging back so that contact part of ball can completely touch bottom of the ball. .
