Start your workout with short passes, demand non-stop back passes, and start slowing down. Practice left and right feet, inside of foot and outside of foot.
Once you've become familiar with the short pass, you'll need to open up a small distance every time you practice passing and receiving.
In addition to vertical movement, add lateral movement and short passes to practice. Each time a pass is received, move in small steps horizontally, gradually increase your speed, and consider both your left and right foot when training.
After that, when you train laterally, distance between them increases, and range of lateral movement in passing and receiving ball increases.
About long-range ground ball accuracy training for two people. Place two markers in front of them, 1m apart. During practice, player A is outside marker and passes ball to marker B.
After B has received ball, he moves ball out of mark and then passes ball to player A, and so on.
