Today I will introduce you to a way to improve your ability to hold ball and turn by kicking the wall.
Push ball off wall with inside of your foot.
After ball bounces back, use inside of your foot to catch ball and use inside of your foot to constantly touch ball and circle one of logo discs from outside to inside.

Start by pushing ball against wall with inside of your foot.
After ball bounces, use outside of your foot to catch ball and use outside of your foot to constantly touch ball and circle one of logo discs from outside to inside.

Start by pushing ball against wall with inside of your foot.
Don't touch ball as it bounces back, but step and spread your legs so ball goes through your crotch and then turn around.
Finally, use inner/outer ball of continuous touch to make a circle around one of marker discs from outside to inside.
