1. Step on ball with one foot and land on the ground
First, jump slightly in direction you are stepping on ball
Let original foot on ground push ball slightly in direction of travel
The foot that stepped on ball stepped on ball again, and so on.
2. Pull ball back and forth with your left and right feet
Keep roughly within field, then use your left foot to pull ball to left
Then, use your right foot to pull ball to right
During whole process, there are not too many restrictions on left and right legs, but pay attention to direction of legs used, thrust of ball should be same, and try not to move body too much.
