Ball sense is a very virtual concept, so there really isn't a shortcut to developing ball sense, which requires you to work hard during normal times! For next ten movements, practice each movement for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds between sets before moving on to next movement. Practice for 5 minutes a day and you will see results in just seven days!
1. Stop ball on inside of foot and catch horizontal instep scale
2. Drag ball horizontally
3. Cruyff-style heel strike
4. Quickly pull ball horizontally
5. Quick transfer on inside of foot
6. Pull ball on sole of the foot
7. Pull ball over sole of foot and get rid of inside of foot
8. L-shaped ball
9. Pull ball around soles of your feet
10. Do feints and catch ball with instep of foot
