Third trick: pull ball by legs to change direction
Use 2 marker plates on blue line and place them 5 meters apart. Dribble from one marked disc to another marked disc, and when you are about to approach another marked disc, use appropriate action to steer ball in opposite direction.
Fourth trick: Cruyff picks up the ball to change direction
Fifth technique: turn ball with outside of ball of the foot
Trick 6: Turn ball with the outside of your walking foot
1. Use 3 logo discs and place them in a straight line at a distance of 5 meters.
2. Dribble from one marked disc to middle marked disc. When approaching middle marked disc, use appropriate action to dribble to complete a 360-degree turn around middle marked disc and finally bring it to other end of marked disc. .
3. Once you reach other end, you can use any 4-6 hit action to complete turn and continue dribbling to other end.
Seventh movement: 360° turn with ball on inside of foot
Step 8: 360° rotation with outside of foot
