Today we will study technical aspects of stopping ball with inside of foot.
First direct your body towards ball, focusing on the ball
Slightly tilt your body towards flying ball. Stop ball slightly raised
Note that ankle is flexed at 90 degrees
Bend your knee, lift foot of ball stopper and align inside of your foot with bottom of ball
Pay attention to part where ball touches ball in picture. In addition, after ball touches foot, it should be immediately unloaded to soften force of ball, and not continue to rise
