Position for hitting ball, see picture below, use position on left where laces are tied:
The kicking position is usually in middle or bottom position of soccer ball.
Example action:
When we take a penalty, we can choose to hit a ground ball or a semi-high ball:
What you need to know about fines:
1. When hitting ball, we can take 2-4 steps of a diagonal run-up so that ball is hit faster and it is not easy for goalkeeper to hit it.
2. The free kick refers to goalkeeper. Always watch goalkeeper's movement during run-up, and shoot in opposite direction of his jogging, if he is not moving, slyly kick ground ball at an angle in chosen direction. (Remember to hesitate when playing ball, this is very fatal)
3. When running, eyes pretend to aim in one direction to deceive goalkeeper and shoot in other direction.
4. When taking a penalty, to prevent ball from being hit high (flying), remember not to hit ball from below!
Pretending to kick to right, goalkeeper makes a prediction and kicks to left:
Key points for a spoon penalty:
1. Execution of "spoon penalty" requires a certain amount of footwork and strength.
2. Spoon knocking requires not only high footwork, but also high psychological demands on players.
3. Be very deceitful before kicking by pretending to kick towards goal, but actually hanging gently in center. And also to master speed, height and time of ball falling.
4. The penalty taker must have extraordinary courage, if there is a slight flaw, goalkeeper will see through plan and catch it.
You can usually practice on penalties. Good footwork is key to success:
The general routine, accelerating diagonally to right, pretending to shoot to right, but after run-up, supporting leg deviates to left, naturally this is a goal to left.
A high-level goaltender can still roughly determine direction of kick from position of pivot foot.
In short, practice shooting more. If you don't want to pick up ball, don't hit plane.
