Sequential Standard Action
The crooked kick is an extension of basic shooting skills. Like other free kicks, if there are no solid and stable basic skills (standard and standard moves), it is impossible to execute a perfect and stable free kick.
Drawing 1. Maintain a stable position on a free throw
If it's not stable enough, it's not a skill, so we have to master standard shooting posture through constant practice, and we have to ensure same approach and posture every time we shoot.
Wraps sides of ball
When performing a twist ball, it is very important to pay close attention to position of preparation before hitting. For example: how far should direction of supporting leg deviate from target of your shot. At what angle is run.
Picture 2. The position where toe of supporting foot is pointing
When we hit ball, we need to hit bottom of ball and then use inside of foot to cover outside of ball and wrap ball in right direction, otherwise ball you hit will tend to be straight out.
Drawing 3. Hold ball
When hitting ball, first touch ball with inside of your foot, then quickly twist your ankle to wrap ball around. If you feel like you can't apply force with inside of your foot, your approach angle may be too low. Increase angle between your starting approach position and where you want to hit target. For example, at beginning you are standing almost facing target position, and after adjustment you are looking sideways at target position.

Perineal span and precision
The swing of crotch is hardest point to master in a tight ball. It determines size of your arc and required force. When we train, we must constantly feel what it is like to swing hip to one side and send hip forward to bring different trajectories to ball.
Figure 5. Messi example
When we hit ball, we need to use our hips to control our body. If we kick ball with right foot, we must quickly rotate hips to left after hitting ball to ensure that trajectory of ball can bend to left. facing target of shot.
Figure 6. Body control
Also, when hitting ball, lean forward with your body and apply light pressure, do not lean back, do not spread your body and tighten your core, otherwise it is easy to jerk off. After hitting ball, kicking foot touches ground quickly to keep balance of body.
A few rolls before each game can't increase our level. Free kicks in an arc are a very good way to score a goal, so we can only end each training session after a goal has been scored.
Figure 7. Exercises with goals
Curved balls can be modified in many ways. For example, if you lift your toes up, you can add reverse rotation. If you straighten your toes a little, you can increase arch by dropping your hips to one side. In short, if you really want to master this skill, you must train hard, at 20-25 yards, practice 50-70 times each time, ensure standard and fluidity of each movement, and slowly increase change in free throw trajectory through change. foot shapes.
