Holding ball on one side of body, use foot away from ball to go around ball from front to other side of ball and step onto other foot. The essence of this training is not to touch ball in process of dribble and be very skillful.
8. The outsole allows ball to roll
Touch top of ball with sole of one foot and roll it slightly towards other foot, then repeat with sole of other foot.
9. Rolling and pressing ball
