The first step in juggling practice is being able to control ball and know size of ball. First we put ball in our hand, then let it go and let ball hit ground. When ball touches ground and bounces up, we catch it with our hands. Practice this at least 10 times in a row without making any mistakes.

Second step

Now we start second step, first put ball in hand, then let ball fall to feet, use feet to bounce twice in a row, and then catch ball with hands. Put ball down, bouncing like this, one, two, two total. When you can master it, you can move on to third step of practice.

The third exercise is to keep ball in air for as long as possible. You just need to keep practicing while developing your left leg. Alternately hit ball with both feet, keep ball on ground and count how many bounces you can do at a time. You can try to beat your own record, just keep ball on ground.

Actually, at beginning of practice, you can also put ball in ball bag, and when it is free, then pull it up and down, or you can train ball jumps while sitting!
