Serving technique in table tennis can be divided into several types. Standing: Stand as close to table as possible.

Racquet Swing: swinging racket forward and down, kicking back in racket shape, using waist and stomach power to move arm, hitting middle and bottom of ball, and applying force from wrist at moment ball is hit to cause friction between surface rackets and ball.
Return: After hitting ball, quickly return, and wrist can also perform a false wrist abduction.
