1. Station

The shape of board is about 45 degrees or more and should be adjusted accordingly according to rotational force of incoming ball. The stronger downspin, more vertical shape of board. 5. Control line of ball
The choice of line is determined by point of contact between racket and ball and size of swing. If you pull in a straight line, you will rub more on back and top of ball, and your swing range will be slightly less. If you pull diagonal line, you will rub top left back of ball more, or even slightly to left side, and swing will be longer. At same time, pay attention to position of feet, line is straight, maybe a little forward relative to right corner.
6. Restore
After left arc is finished, use your legs to take small steps to adjust center of gravity so that body's center of gravity drops quickly and torso and arms are adducted, so how best to connect with next cricket.
7. For a ball with strong backspin, you can rub side of ball more so that it is not easy to eat backspin.
