Welcome to Wet Father's Training Ball. Today we will learn Liang Jingkun's backhand twisting technique. There are two types of twisting technique: full twist and side twist. Full turn means rubbing against incoming ball, and lateral turn means rubbing against side of ball.
We can see that Liang Jingkun mainly uses full spin action. For national players, full spin is better and friction is more sufficient, but spinning ball is relatively easier.
It's easy to understand. For example, someone on opposite side of you is about to hit you. If you are facing him, his fist will hit you completely and you will definitely feel pain, but if your body is slightly to side when he strikes, then his fist may touch your body at that time, dissipating most of power.
The action of a full spin is equivalent to paddle touching ball in direction of ball's spin, so spin of ball is easier to eat, while side spin avoids direction of ball's spin and rubs against side of ball, relatively speaking. Not so easy to eat spin of ball.
However, we see that Liang Jingkun and Fang Zhengdong mainly use full twisting technique when twisting backhands, because explosive power of full twisting is stronger, and they can rub actively better, and strength is more sufficient. the quality of twisting and stretching is also higher.
Let's see how Liang Jingkun's feet move as he twists and pulls. Before taking a shot, feet must be pre-adjusted. As a general rule, to adjust distance between body and table, keep a distance between them so that you can better use step to bring your body to stage.
Let's look at this slow motion. Liang Jingkun first adjusts his legs to enter table, then steps with his left foot, and then steps forward with his right foot in upper right corner and forward so that his body enters front triangle of table, which can improve his body. When looking in direction ball is flying, force will be smoother.
For such a small triangular ball in position on right, it is necessary to make a move in advance so that body first moves to right half of table. Therefore, we suggest that ordinary amateurs do not need to spin ball like that with backhand, because requirements for pace are too high.
Let's take another look at Liang Jingkun's hand movements. While dribbling, elbow joint is supported in front of body. When racquet is completed, height of elbow joint is slightly below his right shoulder, with axis at elbow joint The forearm pulls racquet inward and wrist bends inward towards body After racquet is extended, our entire arm forms a U-shaped hole to left The wrist flexion range is also very large. The purpose of wrist flexion is to help forward force at moment of hitting ball. At this time, we see that surface of racket is strongly pressed, close to zero, but in fact, at moment ball is touched, surface of racket is mainly at an angle of about 70 degrees so many people always miss ball when twisting and pulling and they always fail to get on stage. Too dead, so if angle of your racket's face is too dead, there isn't enough area for racket to touch ball.
Pay attention to backswing at moment ball touches. We can see that Liang Jingkun has a strong downward movement of racket surface after twisting and stretching. This action is actually inertia of applied force, which also shows that during twisting and pulling process, surface of racket must be pressed forward in order to better control arc of ball. The more friction you have, more obvious downward movement will be.
When we see Fang Zhengdong twisting and pulling, he often has this downward movement of racket. As long as there is friction, our swing must have curvature. The curvature of your swing is equivalent to flight of a racket. ball curve.
The left twist and pull grip leans more towards left hand, while racquet grip is slightly weaker. wrist with high quality The feeling of applying force to throw whip like a whip, so your strike should vibrate slightly in palm of your hand, and there is little room to shake. At this time, when applying force, forearm quickly pushes wrist forward. Shaking, this momentary feeling like throwing a card, can be transferred to ping pong ball, so instant explosive force when twisting and pulling, explosive force such as whipping will feel better, and it will be better in full force.During process thumb should not push racket to death. When dribbling racket, thumb should be attached to back of racket, which is relatively relaxed. In this way, force can be better transferred to head of racket. After twisting and stretching, legs quickly move back. We see that movement of legs is consistent with movement of his kick. After kick, legs move back at same time, so to ensure that our recovery can be fast enough.
