Today we are inviting Ling Chen from National Table Tennis Team to introduce you to the warm-up knowledge and what warm-up exercises to do before playing sports.
1. The importance of warming up
The warm-up is very important for both professional athletes and fans. If you go directly to the court to train or compete directly, it is easy to get sports injuries such as muscle strains.
Two, jogging
Typically, warm-up at beginning is jogging first, team members running a few laps, stretching and stretching as they run, stretching their arms and then up, then turning lower back, and shoulders are fine too. Do this while running so that muscles are active, otherwise muscles are easily injured when ball is pulled sharply.
Three, warm-up
Now Lin Chen will introduce you to basic warm-up exercises, purpose of which is to stretch all parts of body.
(1) Upper Body
The main thing is to spread shoulders, forearms and upper body to the sides, usually four or eight strokes.
(two) thigh belts
The body can also do waist twist exercises to relax waist, hips, and large arms together.
(3) Lower limbs
The lower limbs are basically legs, so muscles in back of thighs are also stretched, and then main muscles are lateral muscles.
There is no need to follow any rhythm for preparatory actions, which one is in front and which one is behind, and there are basically few ways to do this.
